Fundraising Service Relationship

Ventures Endurance, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), has entered into a services relationship with its affiliate, EnMotive Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“EnMotive”), whereby EnMotive provides services directly to race participants. EnMotive contracts directly with race participants with respect to any charitable contributions that participants and/or their sponsors make as part of their participation in race events. EnMotive receives such funds directly and remits them directly to the applicable charitable organization. Participant acknowledges that the Company has not entered into any contractual relationship with Participant with respect to such matters.
